FALL 2013 DATA SUMMIT!

The PESC Fall 2013 Data Summit takes place Tuesday October 1-3, 2013 at the Four Seasons Hotel in Palm Beach FL. Beginning at 7:30am with continental breakfast and registration, the Fall 2013 Data Summit includes PESC's Annual Fall Reception and Annual Membership Meeting and concludes by noon on Thursday October 3, 2013.

Early Bird registration fees, available through August 30, 2013, are listed below:

PROGRAM

Data Summits focus on open, collaborative, community development, integration & implementation, maintenance and exchange of data and data standards. Access, overall connectivity, data quality and political factors that drive education systems and technology are also discussed.

All General and Concurrent Summit Sessions and events are open to all registered attendees and dress code is business casual. Transparent collaboration, engaging discussions, awareness of technical resources and best practices, identification of emerging technologies, new business contacts, & tips from experts of leading community organizations can be expected.

Note that General Sessions are presented in typical conference format in which featured speakers present on a certain topic followed by brief Q&A; while Concurrent Sessions follow a more informal workshop format in which group members roll up their sleeves, discuss and interact in more detail in order to advance the group activities and maximize in-person convening time.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing (e.g. email) and will be processed 30 days after the Fall 2013 Data Summit concludes. Any person who registers and decides not to attend MUST send a formal cancellation request - otherwise payment is due. Requests made by August 30, 2013 may be considered for a refund upon request. Any request made after August 30, 2013 is not eligible for a refund regardless of the registrant's attendance. Refund and/or cancellation requests must be submitted to:

REGISTRATION POLICY

PESC requires that all speakers, moderators, chairs and attendees of Data Summits register and pay to attend Data Summits. PESC thanks all speakers and is grateful for their efforts in volunteering to provide updates and presentations. Only in rare instances, however (that is if a speaker is only attending a Data Summit for a specific session or presentation), can registration fees be waived and only by the PESC office.
