PESC established International Ambassadors in 2018 after partnership with the Groningen Declaration Network (GDN). International PESC Ambassadors were established for leaders from PESC Members who also attend the Annual GDN Meetings held around the world. With 15 International PESC Ambassadors at the last Annual GDN Meeting in Paris, PESC was very well represented & our mission resonated clearly.

What’s expected as a PESC Ambassador?
PESC will list you on its website and promote you as a contact person and liaison for PESC, and you agree to be available as a contact should someone contact you with questions about data standards, PESC, and overall interoperability.
“At Liaison, we’ve seen the power of bringing together higher education communities through our Centralized Application Services (CAS) to improve the enrollment management process for all involved. By partnering with PESC, we’re hoping to use that same community-minded approach to standardize open data exchange, which will make it easier for prospective students to explore their educational options and will simplify data management for our on-campus partners.”
– Adam Kenney, Vice President, Products
“Lumina Foundation believes that data standards are an essential aspect for improving data quality, transparency, and interoperability on competencies and credentials for students, employers, and institutions. We are proud to join the data standards community & support efforts that allow systems to connect data together to ensure the ability of students to pursue further education and employment.”
