​​Data Summit Details


The SPRING 2019 DATA SUMMIT is held Wednesday May 8-10, 2019 in Washington, D.C. at the Dupont Circle Hotel.  Beginning at 7:30am on May 8, 2019 with continental breakfast, registration and 1st Time Attendee Meet & Greet Session. 


The SPRING 2019 DATA SUMMIT includes General and Break- out Sessions, PESCs Annual Spring Member Meeting, Annual Spring Reception, concludes by noon on Friday May 10, 2019.​​


The SPRING 2019 DATA SUMMIT is preceded by optional Pre-Summit Training Workshops on Tuesday May 7, 2019, from 1.30pm - 5.00pm (additional registration is required).  In total, the event is comprised of three (3) main segments totaling three (3) days::

All SPRING 2010 DATA SUMMIT General & Breakout Sessions and events are open to all registered attendees, while Pre-Summit Technical Training Workshops require additional registration.  Transparent collaboration, engaging discussions, awareness of technical resources and best practices, identification of emerging technologies, professional networking and new business contacts, and tips from experts of leading community organizations can be expected.

Note that General (Plenary) Sessions are presented in typical conference format in which Featured Speakers present on a certain topic followed by brief Q & A; while Breakout Sessions follow a more informal, meeting format in which group members roll up their sleeves, discuss and interact in more detail in order to advance the group activities and maximize in-person convening time.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY


All cancellation & refund requests must be submitted to PESC in writing (e.g. email) and will be processed 30 calendar days after the SPRING 2019 DATA SUMMIT concludes. Any person who registers and decides not to attend MUST submit a formal cancellation request - otherwise full payment is due. Cancellation & refund requests made by March 15, 2019 may be considered for a refund upon request. Any cancellation & refund request made after March 15, 2019 is not eligible for a refund regardless of the attendance of the registrant. All cancellation & refund  requests must be submitted to:

REGISTRATION POLICY


PESC requires that all speakers, moderators, chairs & attendees of Spring & Fall Data Summits register and remit registration fees to attend Data Summits. PESC thanks all speakers, moderators & chairs and is truly grateful for their efforts in volunteering to provide updates and presentations at Spring & Fall Data Summits. Only in rare instances, however (that is if a speaker is only attending a Data Summit for a specific session or presentation), can registration fees be considered for waiver and only by the PESC office.​​
