In this spirit and in support of the mission, PESC provides free online access, without charge, to PESC APPROVED STANDARDSand all technical information on this website for the education community & general public.
ANNUAL PESC MEMBER DUES, as the principal source of funding, support all open data exchange standards & technical specifications development, issuance and maintenance of open PESC APPROVED STANDARDS; all official PESC communications and outreach activities; and PESC events & industry meetings.

PESC Members propose and participate
in PESC Groups and Initiatives and
convene at April and October Data Summits.
PESC MEMBERS believe that fostering open, transparent collaboration across educational communities to solve common industry-shared problems brings much needed clarity and coherence to the education eco-system.
PESC TECHNOLOGY is open, community-sourced & driven by PESC serving as an incubator to pilot and launch data standards using an open, transparent, collaborative process (based on a voluntary consensus model); and serving as an open, data standards-development and open, data standards-setting body governing resource mapping and maintenance of education eco-system schemas, taxonomies and shared code sets in various technologies (e.g. EDI, XML, PDF, JSON, etc.).
As a PESC MEMBER, your organization helps drive this development providing an equal voice and stake in the strategic direction and development of education technology.
